  1. Call the meeting to order, conduct roll call.
  2. Approve meeting minutes of June 8, 2022  
    Votes may be taken
  3. Conduct the Public Hearing for an application submitted by the Townsend Historical Society for a Certificate of Appropriateness for the installation of a fence at 80 Main Street.
    Votes may be taken.

In accordance with MGL Chapter 40C, The Historic District Commission will hold an in person public hearing on July 6, 2022 in the Great Hall at Townsend Town Hall at 4:00 pm regarding an Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness for a fence installation at the property located at:
