MEETING MINUTES OF MAY 11, 2022

The in-person meeting was called to order at 4:25pm

Present were Eino Kauppi, Clare Kauppi, Ken Diranian, Maryjane Churchville, Alisa Struthers

Abutters and interested parties were also in attendance

-A motion was made by Clare Kauppi,2nd by Eino Kauppi to open the Public Hearing for 432 Main Street.

Vote-unanimous in favor.

Discussion was heard from the attending public audience.

-A motion was made by Clare Kauppi,2nd by Ken Diranian to close the public hearing and enter into deliberation

Vote- unanimous to in favor

A motion was made by Clare Kauppi,2nd by Maryjane Churchvile to vote individual line items

Vote-unanimous in favor

-A motion was made by Maryjane Churchville,2nd by Eino Kauppi to take no action on item 1, Paint interior

Vote-unanimous in favor

-A motion was made by Clare Kauppi,2nd by Eino Kauppi to take no action on item 2, paint exterior light grey

Vote- unanimous in favor

-A motion was made by Clare Kauppi,2nd by Maryjane Churchville to approve front door replacement with stipulations. An all-solid door with clear glass grilled sidelights.

Vote- Unanimous to approve with stipulations

-A motion was made by Maryjane Churchville,2nd by Clare Kauppi to approve item 4, demolish the barn

Vote- unanimous NO

-A motion was made by Maryjane Churchville,2nd by Clare Kauppi to approve item 5 build a new deck in the back

Vote- unanimous NO

-A motion was made by Maryjane Churchville,2nd by Ken Diranian to approve windows replaced on the front of the building on the second floor

Vote- unanimous in favor with stipulations, add 6/6 window grills.

-A motion was made by Clare Kauppi,2nd by Eino Kauppi to adjourn the meeting at 5:45pm
