TOWNSEND HISTORIC DISCTRICT COMMISSION Meeting Minutes of April 6,2022
The meeting was called to order at 4:30 pm.
ln attendance were Eino Kauppi, Clare Kauppi, Ken Diranian, Susan Gerken, Maryjane Churchville, Alisa Struthers
A motion was made by Clare Kauppi , 2n' by Ken Diranian to approve the meeting minutes of March 23,2022
VOTES -unanimous to approve
A motion was made by Clare Kauppi, Zno by Susan Gerken to approve the letter to Realtors as submitted with corrections.
VOTES- unanimous to approve
Work Session
The date of May 11,2022 4:30 pm was set to hold the Public hearing for 432 Main Street.
A discussion with updates the on Historic District 3 properties in West Townsend that have currently been sold.
A motion was made by Susan Gerken, 2" by Maryjane Churchville to adjourn the meeting at 5:56 pm.
