Well Permits

A Permit is required before construction of a well. To apply for a Well Permit, a homeowner must complete the Well Permit Application, pay the fee and submit plans showing the proposed well location on the lot. For further details, please view the Townsend Well Regulations.

The Board of Health would like to remind all homeowners, when or if you plan on selling your home, please be sure to get a Title V inspection and a Water Quality Test plus Radon as soon as possible. Each report is valid for 2 years from the report date.

  • Well Permit Applications can be found at www.nashoba.org under common applications and forms in the Enviromental tab.
